How we secure your data

We do our best to keep your Personal Data safe:

  • Consultation sheets are stored in a folder, which is then stored in a locked cupboard out of business hours.
  • Data stored electronically is stored on a password protected device. When not in use, devices are locked away in a secure office.
  • Our salon is protected by 24 hour CCTV.
  • Data is backed up daily and these backups are stored securely.

Even though we try our best, we cannot guarantee the security of information. However, we promise to notify suitable authorities of data breaches. We will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. We will do everything we reasonably can to prevent security breaches and to assist authorities should any breaches occur.
